Ivan Toney flirts with Arsenal
Ivan Toney appears to be flirting with Arsenal. The striker seems to be keeping tabs on Arsenal as he watched Mikel Arteta’s side snatch a late victory against Luton Town on Tuesday evening.
Arsenal have temporarily extended their lead at the top of the Premier League to five points. This came after Declan Rice scored in injury time to secure a 4-3 win at Kenilworth Road.
The Gunners took the lead twice in the game through Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Jesus. The Emirates side were briefly behind following Ross Barkley’s goal in the 57th minute. Kai Havertz however equalised three minutes later.

Rice had popped up with the winner in the 97th minute. His effort had helped Arsenal extend their run in the Premier League to four straight victories.
Toney, meanwhile, has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal, with reports claiming that the Gunners have already made an approach for the Brentford striker ahead of the January transfer window.
And Toney was keeping a close eye on Arsenal’s progress on Tuesday evening as he posted a photo of himself watching the game along with the caption: ‘@declanrice What a game’.

Toney is currently sidelined for Brentford as he is serving an eight-month ban after accepting 232 breaches of the Football Association’s rules on gambling.
The striker is due to return for Brentford in January. Toney however has attracted interest from Arsenal and Chelsea ahead of January transfer window.
Thomas Frank while speaking last week hoped that Toney will remain with the club until the end of the season.
‘I don’t want to lose him and I hope and think, he’ll be a Brentford player on February 1,’ Frank said.
‘Everyone saw what he did last year. It’s not like he broke a leg or did his ACL. So he’s fit and probably even more ambitious to get success. I’m convinced he will be absolutely on it.’
