Joe Igbokwe recounts what Dangote said after Tinubu helped him to set up his $20B Refinery in Lagos
The spokesperson of the Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, Joe Igbokwe has recounted the statement Aliko Dangote GCON, a Nigerian billionaire business magnate, the founder and current chairman and CEO of the Dangote Group, the largest industrial conglomerate in West Africa allegedly said after the current Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress helped him by supporting the setting up of his refinery in Lagos State.
According to Joe Igbokwe who made the disclosure on Facebook, Aliko Dangote had once said that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu helped him to set up his twenty billion dollar refinery in Lagos State.
While explaining what Dangote allegedly said after receiving such good gesture from Bola Tinubu, Joe Igbokwe said that Aliko Dangote vowed to always remain grateful to Tinubu.
This appears to be a response to Reno Omokri’s challenge to Tinubu’s supporters.
Yesterday, Reno Omokri took to his social media pages to challenge Bola Tinubu’s supporters to mention one thing the Presidential candidate did in Lagos State while serving as the Executive Governor of the State.
According to Reno Omokri, Tinubu did nothing in the State during his administration. He attributed all the good works Lagos State has ever enjoyed to Governor Fashola.
To Joe Igbokwe, Tinubu’s good gesture to Aliko Dangote could be one of his many achievements in Lagos State.
Did Aliko Dangote truly made the statement which Joe Igbokwe has recounted?
