Otuaro commends Oborevwori for dedication to ongoing development projects in Delta

Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, the former Deputy Governor of Delta State, has publicly expressed his gratitude to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori following the commissioning of state-of-the-art lecture halls and offices at the Nigeria Maritime University in Okerenkoko, National Daily Newspaper reports.
Otuaro emphasized the significance of this development as a testament to the governor’s commitment to enhancing educational infrastructure in the region.
