PDP convenes emergency NEC meeting Thursday

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Wednesday sent out notice for an emergency meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC) scheduled to hold on Thursday.

PDP National Secretary, Sen. Umaru Ibrahim Tsauri, in a notice on Wednesday invited members of the PDP to an emergency meeting of the NEC on Thursday. The venue is NEC Hall, PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja; time is 3.00Pm

“Members are enjoined to attend” PDP National Secretary said.

The meeting invitation was communicated after the party  had earlier in the day at a press conference alerted of its uncovering pf plot by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to intimidate and harass judges of the Supreme Court to subvert justice in the Imo State governorship election review suit.

Meanwhile, the subject of the meeting was not disclosed but many stakeholders are going to watch out for the PDP emergency meeting on Thursday.
