Presidency 2023: Gov. Bala Mohammed builds inroad into Niger Delta, commissions projects in Bayelsa
Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State is expanding his political overtures and tradeoffs for the 2023 presidential election across the country. The Bauchi governor has been building inroad into the Niger Delta in his consultations and lobby for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential ticket for the 2023 elections. Governor Mohammed was given the honour by Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State to commission some projects in Bayelsa State, which include Igbogene-Okarki section of the Igbogene-AIT Elebele Outer ring road started by the former Bayelsa Governor, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson.
Governor Mohammed was involved in the commissioning of projects in the activities for the second-year anniversary of Governor Douye Diri in the leadership of Bayelsa State.

Governor Mohammed had earlier paid a consultative visit to former President Goodluck Jonathan on his presidential ambition on the platform of the PDP. The former President assured Mohammed of his support.
Governor Mohammed, commissioning the road, commended Governor Diri in executing people- oriented projects, which foster the unity of the people of Bayelsa State.
Governor Mohammed is among the aspirants for the 2023 presidential ticket of the PDP.
