Traoré, Burkina Faso President, opts for 2011 Land Rover, buys 2013 Prado Jeep for medical doctors
The Head of State of Burkina Faso and Interim President, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, has changed his official car, abandoning expensive luxury vehicles in the presidential convoy and opting for 2011 Land Rover for his official engagements.He rejected expensive SUVs for cheaper ones.

The Burkina Faso Head of State, Traoré, however, bought many 2013 Prado Jeeps which he distributed to all medical doctors working in the rural areas of the country to ease accessibility for them in performing their duties.

Accordingly, Capetian Ibrahim Traoré, “changed his car to a 2011 Land Rover and said he didn’t need more than that, and then, brought many 2013 Prado Jeep for all doctors who work in rural areas for ease of accessibility for them.”
Capetian Ibrahim Traoré, setting a new standard for the growth and sustenance of democracy in Burkina Faso, and evolving requisite leadership for the people, was appointed President of the country following a coup d’état on 30 September 2022.
