Tinubu summons emergency security meeting
President Bola Tinubu on Monday summoned emergency security meeting at the State House, Abuja. The security meeting is currently holding at the time of this report.
Nigerians have sustained the nationwide hardship protest on Monday after the President had made a national broadcast on Sunday, urging end to protest and need for dialogue.

Meanwhile, the call for military takeover in the north and the waving of the flag of the Nigerian Army in demand for military coup may have been causing tension among the political elite.
National Daily Newspaper gathered that in attendance at the emergency meeting on Monday are the service chiefs, Chief of Defense Staff, the Inspector General of Police, the NSA, DG of DSS, and other notable security heads.
