Presidency 2023: Female aspirant withdraws from race
A female presidential aspirant on the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Dorothy Akenova, has withdrawn from the race for the party’s ticket.
Akenova from Niger State, explained in Abuja that she decided to step down in order to support Adewale Adebayo, a presidential aspirant from the South.
The withdrawal has reduced the number of presidential aspirants in the SDP to five.
