Teenager rescued from abusive guardians
The Anambra State government has rescued a teenager, who was being abused by his guardians.
The video of the 17-year-old being abused had trended on social media resulting in the intervention of the Women and Social Welfare commissioner, Mrs Ify Obinabo.
The guardians have been identified as Mr. Oluchukwu Olisaemeka and his wife, Ebere Olisaemeka.
