Afro-focused multimedia outfit, C3 Pictures, is set to unveil plans to establish an ultramodern international film city in Lagos and reposition its brand to project the African narrative to the world.

At the upcoming re-launch and hangout to be hosted by the outfit on Sunday, July 2nd 2023, C3 Pictures will outline plans to position itself at the forefront of efforts to retell the continent’s story and project her most compelling narratives to the world through movie production, television, photography and other creative media.

“Media shapes culture, and nobody can tell your story like yourself. We have to tell our own stories, and project the true nature and essence of the African experience and history to the world,” said Isaac Adewole Gold, CEO, C3 Pictures.

“To do this, we need powerful media platforms that can rival the most powerful and the best in the world. This is why we are embarking on this highly daunting journey.”

With a master plan spanning multiple years, C3 aims to set up world class media facilities including a film city an ultramodern movie and photography studio, television station, and a film academy. The outfit will also host top international events like awards, exhibitions and screenings.

The upcoming brand re-launch and hangout will be attended by celebrities from the entertainment, media and business worlds. Expected guests include music legend, actor and politician, Bankole Wellington (Banky W); Communications tycoon and CEO, Zenera Consulting, Meka Olowola; Winner, Voice 2022, Esther Benyogo; actors, Lateef Adedimeji, Jide Awobona, Alesh Sanni and Adebimpe Adedimeji; and Big Brother Naija trio, Khalid, Kess and Savior.

Founded by Isaac Adewole Gold, C3 Pictures is a dynamic, eclectic African multimedia outfit offering services in Filmmaking, television, photography and other creative media.
