Speed Darlington laments being unmarried, childless

Nigerian rapper Darlington Okoye, popularly known as Speed Darlington, has expressed regret over being unmarried and without children.

In a recent video shared online, the controversial artiste lamented that despite holding an American passport, he feels unfulfilled because he has not built a family.

According to him, while many people regard foreign citizenship as a major achievement, his priorities have changed, and he now desires marriage, children, and the respect that comes with having a family.

“Up till now, I’m not married and I don’t have any children. All I have to show is an American passport. I want more than American papers, I want a family and respect,” he said.

His remarks come months after he made headlines by publicly appealing to women willing to have a child with him, a move that sparked widespread reactions on social media.
