CFAO Mobility, formerly known as CFAO Motors, has announced that its rebranding is strategically aimed at accelerating the development of innovative mobility solutions across Africa, with Nigeria as a key market.
The Managing Director of CFAO Mobility Nigeria, Mr. Denis Martin, who oversees all the mobility subsidiaries of the group in Nigeria, disclosed this recently while emphasizing that the name change reflects the company’s expansive portfolio in the automotive industry.
“This new name better represents our comprehensive offerings across the automotive value chain. Our operations in Nigeria cover assembly, sales, service, distribution, and marketing through various subsidiaries, allowing us to provide end-to-end solutions that meet the diverse needs of our customers,” Martin stated.
Highlighting CFAO Mobility’s diverse product lineup, Martin explained that the company serves individual customers, businesses, and corporate clients.
“In the passenger car, SUV, and light commercial vehicle segment, we proudly offer renowned brands such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, and Suzuki. For our B2B customers, we provide robust solutions, including Fuso trucks, King Long buses, Toyota forklifts, Howo trucks, Techking tyres, and a range of construction equipment. Additionally, we offer Yamaha motorcycles and outboard engines, which are highly regarded for their performance and reliability,” he said.
Beyond vehicle sales, the company offers a wide range of services aimed at improving customer experience.
Under the LOXEA brand, CFAO Mobility provides corporate leasing solutions, while its Winpart brand ensures access to high-quality aftermarket spare parts, including brands like Denso, Bosch, and KYB.
The company also operates the Autofast quick-service franchise, offering convenient vehicle maintenance services at Total filling stations in Lagos and Abuja.
Reaffirming CFAO Mobility’s commitment to quality and safety, Martin disclosed that most of the company’s subsidiaries hold ISO certifications in Quality Management and Safety Systems.

“We embrace the ANZEN safety-first culture, prioritizing the well-being of our employees and customers. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do,” he added.
CFAO Mobility is also actively engaged in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. According to Martin, the company provides scholarships for employees’ children, empowers women with technical skills, donates prosthetic limbs, and promotes environmental conservation through tree planting initiatives.
As part of its sustainability efforts, the company is working to reduce its carbon footprint by introducing eco-friendly vehicle options.
“We are launching a renowned electric car brand, BYD, which will provide eco-friendly transportation solutions. Additionally, we have introduced Sinotruk Howo CNG trucks and King Long CNG buses, which are designed to be more environmentally friendly,” he revealed.
Since assuming office as Managing Director last year, Martin has been tasked with increasing CFAO Mobility’s market share and building a sustainable, profitable company. Part of this strategy includes expanding the company’s presence in Nigeria.
“We are expanding our network with the upcoming BYD showroom on Akin Adesola, Victoria Island, a new Toyota showroom and service center on Kofo Abayomi, Victoria Island, and a new Mitsubishi showroom and service center on Bishop Oluwole Street, Victoria Island,” he announced.
Assessing the Nigerian auto industry, Martin acknowledged the challenges facing the sector, particularly the impact of the auto policy on market dynamics.
“The automotive market has experienced a decline since the introduction of the auto policy, which has affected overall market dynamics. Despite these challenges, there is potential for growth and innovation, particularly with the right strategies and investments,” he stated.
With its renewed focus and strategic expansion, CFAO Mobility aims to solidify its position as a key player in Nigeria’s evolving automotive landscape.
