Ejikeme, young girl who JAMB alleged forged result opens up
Ejikeme Mmesoma, a student of Anglican Girls Secondary School, Nnewi, Anambra State, who was accused of inflating her Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) result, has broken her silence.
Recall that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) said it would withdraw the result of Ejikeme Mmesoma for manually inflating her result and announcing herself as the top scorer for the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.

Following the controversy this allegation raised, Ejikeme Mmesoma, has in a video said she couldn’t have been able to manipulate her score.
She added that she is traumatized and was shocked to see that after scanning QR code on her result, the name on it has been changed to a Yoruba name.
She said she had always been a brilliant pupil, who had secured first position from primary school days.
Mmesoma said she was invited to the police station where her statement was taken, and she was told that investigation was ongoing.
She said she felt traumatised by the incident, adding that, “there must be problem somewhere”.
