Ibadan North APC assures new caretaker chairman total loyalty

MEMBERS of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibadan North Local Government Area of Oyo State has declared unflinching support for Mr. Oluyinka Akinbode, the new caretaker chairman of the local government recently appointed by Governor Abiola Ajimobi.
They made the promise of loyalty and support at a meeting held at CAC Primary School, Oje Igosun, Total Garden, Ibadan.
The spokesperson of the party in the local government, Hon. Lasun Adebunmi, said of Akinbode’s appointment: “Yinka is long overdue for the position, he is the right candidate that can adequately represent us, he knows our needs, he understand our plight.

“We therefore appreciate the amiable Governor of the Oyo state, Senator Ajimobi for approving Yinka Akinbode whom we have all requested from him, we say thank you for not disappointing us.
Hon. Lasun Adebunmi also said the decision of the governor confirmed that he is a man that will not renege on his promise.
“We now assure the Governor of Hundred percent loyalty far beyond the first term, we have gotten an individual that will culminate the effort of the governor as the governor I known to be a performer which makes the choice of the chairman perfect”
Lasun made it known that the people of the Ibadan North council are more than convinced that the policies, programmes and initiatives on the development of oyo state will now go down to affect the common people in local government with emergence Yinka Akinbode.
