Peller breaks silence on four-day Police detention experience
Popular Nigerian content creator and streamer, Peller, has opened up about his recent four-day stay in police custody, describing the experience as the most difficult ordeal he has ever faced.
Speaking about the incident, Peller said he was not yet ready to appear in public because of how the experience had affected him physically and emotionally.
“I can’t show my face yet because I’m ugly. Omo, I slept in the cell for almost four days. It has never happened to me before in my life,” he said.
According to the content creator, other detainees jokingly referred to him as their “001” when he arrived at the cell, a remark that made him laugh despite the circumstances.

“As they put me for cell, people wey dey there talk say, ‘You be our 001 now.’ Omo, I burst laugh once,” he recalled.
Peller added that he barely interacted with anyone throughout his detention and chose not to eat or bathe during the four days he spent in custody.
“I no follow anybody talk till I comot. 001 wey una wan give water beans chop. I didn’t eat or bathe for four days,” he said.
He further claimed that he narrowly escaped being harmed while in detention, expressing gratitude for what he described as divine protection.
“Them wan wicked me, but God save me,” he stated.
Peller did not disclose the circumstances surrounding his arrest or the reasons for his detention, but his account has since generated widespread reactions on social media, with fans expressing concern and calling for more details about the incident.
