Rufia Oseni Tinubu’s performance at Chatham House
Popular Arise TV presenter, Rufai Oseni, has reacted to the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s speech at Chatham House, London.
Speaking on Arise TV, Rufai Oseni said Tinubu’s performance at Chatham House was a disgrace to Nigeria as a country.
He said “It’s time for us to call a spade a spade in this country. That was a disgrace to Nigeria as a country, that a presidential candidate went to Chatham House, where he was supposed to expand his ideas and he’s calling people to answer questions for him.
“Can’t you see the way that journalist asked him ‘Sir it’s this how you’re going to call people to answer questions for you when you’re supposed to be the one speaking yourself.
“He called Nasir El-rufia to speak on security, has Nasir El-rufia been able to solve the problems of insecurity in Kaduna State.
“He called somebody to come and speak for him as regards to Economy, did APC government not prevail over an economy that has gone down the drain. They promised over 27 million jobs, they can’t give it.
“We are about to end 2022 now, we’ve not seen unemployment numbers, I dare NBS to release statistics on employment in Nigeria. I feel ashamed.
“I’ve got nothing against any presidential candidate, but I am a Nigerian and I want Nigeria presidential candidate to go and make us proud because their actions are tarnishing our image Overseas.”
