Signs of sudden cardiac arrest people above 35 and 45 should not ignore
A potentially dangerous medical disease known as cardiac arrest occurs when the heart suddenly stops beating, depriving the body’s cells of oxygen. The body entirely shuts down in a matter of minutes, resulting in death. According to NHS, Mid-30s or mid-40s adults between the ages of 35 and 45 are most likely to suffer a sudden cardiac arrest.
These people need to be aware of the warning signs and symptoms of this terrible illness so they can seek treatment immediately and avoid tragedies. According to the Cleveland Clinic, these are some of the warning symptoms of cardiac arrest that you need to be aware of.
1. A sudden loss of consciousness is one of the signs of a sudden cardiac arrest. This symptom could appear at any time while the event is happening. The heart and other important organs are electrically shut down, causing the victim to feel dizzy and lose consciousness.
2. The person might experience a rapid heartbeat. Without engaging in any physical activity, a cardiac arrest may be about to happen.
3. feeling pressure or tightness in the chest Chest pain is another indicator of cardiac arrest, therefore you should pay attention to it. Some people prefer to ignore their serious chest problems because they lack knowledge.
4. Experiencing faintness or vertigo Heart arrest symptoms like lightheadedness or dizziness are common. When the body’s oxygen-rich cells and tissues are depleted, a person becomes lethargic and disoriented.
5. Although it may be difficult to imagine, having a terrible stomach ache could be a sign of a sudden cardiac arrest. Never disregard vomiting or nausea as a possible heart attack warning sign.
