What drinking less water daily can do to your body
Do you know that when you drink less water than you should on a daily, you may be pushing your body to a state id dehydration? Dehydration is a health condition that arises due to poor intake of water and a person who is not properly hydrated stands a risk of many health issues including some potentially fatal ones.

1. It can cause formation of kidney stones and many other kidney related diseases that are capable of causing total kidney failure. If you have plans to take care of your body, then it may be advisable to drink water as much as possible daily as this helps keep the Kidneys healthy.
2. Low blood volume – the body is literally made up of water, so if you don’t drink enough water daily, you may end up causing your blood to thicken more than it should and the blood volume would also reduce. So make sure you drink enough water, the organs need it, the blood needs it.
3. Seizures due to electrolyte loss – if your body is lacking water, it can cause seizures due to electrolyte loss. Continuous lack of water will in the long run cause liver damage and many other issues that may even lead to fatal complications.
