When Tinubu paid for Yinka Odumakin’s treatment, was he contesting for any office?, Joe Igbokwe ask
Joe Igbokwe was on his Facebook account to address those that criticised Bola Tinubu for donating N50 million to victims of the Kaduna train attack.
Joe Igbokwe listed instances were Tinubu helped people even when he was not contesting for any election. He started by asking that when Tinubu Paid for Yinka Odumakin’s treatment abroad was he contesting for any Office?, He asked that when Tinubu sold his properties to help bring back to life Ojodu’s dying business was he contesting for any election, he said when Tinubu rehabilitated victims of the barracks explosion under Obasanjo’s administration was he contesting?, He asked that when Tinubu Paid for Ajulo’s wedding was he contesting for office?.
After listing all the instances he asked why people cry each time Tinubu makes a donation to victims of unpleasant circumstances because he is merely consulting.
Tinubu should be commended for being generous and donating part of his wealth to those that are in need of it, I think people are complaining about this recent donation because it is close to the election period and they see it as situation were he is trying to use the donation to score points in the north.
