No evidence Tinubu was convicted in US – Tribunal
The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT), delivering judgement on the petition by Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) in Abuja on Wednesday ruled that there is no evidence that President Bola Tinubu was arrested or convicted in the United States (US) for any offence.

The tribunal, citing judgments on several cases of fraud in Nigeria, held that the petitioner, Atiku, failed to provide evidence that President Tinubu was convicted or sentenced to imprisonment for any crime in the U.S.

Apparently, that section of the petition was technically struck out for no evidence.
The judgement proceedings at the PEPT continues in Abuja.
