Wicked! Man abducts, rapes physically challenged girl
A man, Sunday Aremu, 25 was arraigned before an Ebute Metta Magistrates’ Court for allegedly abducting a 16-year-old physically challenged girl and raping her as well.
According to the prosecuting officer, Kehinde Omisakin, who gave account of the incident, he told the court that the accused committed the offence on April 13 at New Motor Park at Ojota area of Lagos state.
He said, “The accused abducted a 16-year-old physically-challenged girl for 14 days and had unlawful carnal knowledge of her during the period.”

He explained further his offence contravened Sections 137, 144, and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
Aremu however, pleaded guilty to the three count charge of conspiracy, abduction and unlawful carnal knowledge preferred against him.
The Presiding Magistrate, T.A. Elias adjourned the case until May 17 for facts and sentencing.
