The Executive Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, has recognized the harsh realities of the moment, noting that Nigerians are grappling with a combination of hunger and frustration.
Makinde made this declaration on Wednesday, September 18, at an event in Ibadan, the state capital. “We took an important decision yesterday at the Executive Council Meeting. We know times are hard and Nigerians are hungry and angry.
