NFF crisis may ruin Nigeria’s chances in AFCON 2019 — Rohr
The Super Eagles’ Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr is worried that the ongoing rift at the glasshouse of the Nigeria Football Federation may jeopardize Nigeria’s chances of qualifying for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations,National Daily gathered
Rohr who is currently out of the country wants an early resolution so that his plans for the qualification may go on without constraints.
The Eagles need to win the 2019 AFCON qualifying match away to Seychelles to bounce back to reckoning in the qualification series of the competition.
The Franco-German Coach however wants a peaceful atmosphere to execute the qualifying matches starting from the September 7, 2018 match.
He is worried that if the crisis continues, it may have adverse effect on the execution of the match , a reason why he is hoping for quick resolution of the crisis.
