Cadiz make cheeky play for Alves
Spanish Segunda Division side Cadiz have made a tongue-in-cheek offer to Dani Alves. The Brazilian international right-back is without a club at the moment following his release from Paris Saint-Germain and took to Instagram to ask where he should send his CV.
Marca shows a reply to the post from Cadiz in which they say, despite their lack of funds, they are ‘from the place where you’d have the best time.’
Also, Newcastle end Bowen interest. Newcastle United have ruled out a move for Hull City’s Jarrod Bowen reports the Newcastle Chronicle. The Tigers were demanding a fee of around £20 million ($25m) for the player who bagged 22 goals last season.
The Magpies place his value at closer to $15m and the deal now seems to be dead, according to the paper.
