Man ties wife with chains, forces eldest son to have sex with her
The saying that the world is gradually sliding into damnation was reenacted in Kenyan recently as a man was dragged to court for binding the wife and forced her to have sex with his son while he watched the unfolding sexual extravaganza.
The man identified as Justus Obwocha Motiso, has been remanded in protective custody after a crowd wanted to kill him for forcing his son to have sex with his mother.
Motiso, was dragged to the court sitting in the Kisii County after he allegedly tied down his own wife and forced his eldest son to have sexual intercourse with her.
It was learnt that Motiso was accused of committing the offense on 1June, 2017, at Bonyagatanyi sub-location in Kisii County after he reportedly stripped his wife naked before his children, tied her with a chain on both legs, hands, and neck, before forcing their son to have sex with her.
The accused was said to have been subsequently arrested and charged to Magistrate court for indecent behaviour and maltreatment against the wife.
Sensing that the residents who besieged the courtroom were visibly braying for blood, the Magistrate denied him bail because the public could attack him.
He was, therefore, ordered to be remanded at the Kisii Prison until June 20 when the case will be mentioned while the hearing of the case is set for July 13, 2017, for his own safety.
It was further gathered that the case was the first of its kind in that country where a father would force his child to sleep with own mother, leading for people to urge the Magistrate to hand over the suspect to them so that he could be dealt with accordingly since relevant section of the might not have adequately make provision for appropriate punishment.
