US citizens sue Biden in Florida over Executive Order on vaccine mandate
US citizens on Sunday filed civil action against President Joe Biden of the United States, challenging the President’s Executive Order issued on September 9, 2021, mandating covid vaccines for the federal workers in America. Invariably, 20 plaintiffs are challenging the official capacity of the Biden administration to issued Executive Order imposing vaccine mandate on federal employees in America.
Counsel to the plaintiffs, Michael Yoder, had in a statement protested that, “the Biden administration has shown an unprecedented, cavalier attitude toward the rule of law and an utter ineptitude at basic constitutional contours.”
The Attorney to the Plaintiffs declared: “this combination is dangerous to American liberty. “Thankfully, our Constitution protects and secures the right to remain free from religious persecution and coercion. “With this order, we are one step closer to putting the Biden administration back in its place by limiting government to its enumerated powers.
“It’s time citizens and courts said no to tyranny. “The Constitution does not need to be rewritten; it needs to be reread.”
Several other Americans have filed lawsuit against the Biden administration, arguing that vaccine mandates are unconstitutional.
Governor Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., had also declared that his state filed a lawsuit, challenging the Biden administration over the Executive order on vaccine mandate for federal contractors.
