Husband shoots pregnant wife, as baby fight for life
A newborn is in critical condition after being born shortly before his due date after his mother was shot and killed by the baby’s father, who is an Amazon worker in Minnesota.
National Daily learnt on Tuesday that police authorities and family members say that the newborn, is “fighting for his life” after the shooting on Sunday that left his mum, 31-year-old dead.
Kyla O’Neal, dead. According to a fundraiser set up by the deceased’s family, O’Neal was nine months pregnant at the time of her killing.
The mother was found suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle in the parking lot of an Amazon fulfillment center in Lakeville just before 7 p.m. local time, according to a press release from the Lakeville Police Department.
Police said that the suspect was identified as 32-year-old Donte Raphael McCray, who is said to be the father of the newborn baby. The deceased had apparently ended her relationship with him shortly before her death.
