Zenith Bank restores full digital services, assures customers of enhanced experience
Zenith Bank, one of Nigeria’s leading financial institutions, has successfully reinstated its full range of digital banking services after a temporary disruption caused by a routine technology infrastructure upgrade.
The service interruptions affected its electronic transaction channels, but the upgrade was part of a broader effort to optimize the bank’s digital operations and enhance customer experience.
In an announcement shared via its social media platforms on Thursday, the bank confirmed that all affected services had been fully restored, allowing customers to once again enjoy seamless access to its electronic platforms.
The message was accompanied by reassurances of Zenith Bank’s commitment to delivering superior digital banking experiences, emphasizing the enhanced capabilities brought about by the upgrade.
Zenith Bank’s statement read: “We are pleased to inform you that access to our digital channels has been restored, allowing you to perform transactions conveniently via your preferred platform.”

The newly upgraded technology infrastructure is designed to bolster the bank’s ability to deliver innovative financial solutions, reinforcing its position as a market leader in digital banking services.
The institution further assured customers of its dedication to providing exceptional service in the future.
In its message, Zenith Bank also issued a reminder about its security practices, warning customers to be cautious of fraud attempts.
“Zenith Bank will NEVER call, SMS, or email you requesting your card details, PIN, token codes, mobile/internet banking login details, or any other account-related information,” the bank noted, urging customers to ignore any suspicious communication that may ask them to update their bank information or activate their accounts via unverified links.
With full services now operational, Zenith Bank looks to continue strengthening its digital platforms, offering more secure, efficient, and innovative financial solutions to its growing customer base.
