Luke 10:9 Conference ignites global mobilisation for October Healing Streams Services
The second edition of the Luke 10:9 Conference has commenced in Lagos, drawing participants from different parts of the world as organisers intensify preparations for the October edition of the Healing Streams Live Healing Services (HSLHS) with Pastor Chris.
The conference, which began at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026, at the Healing Streams studio in Lagos, is focused on mobilising Christians, ministers and partners to advance the Gospel and extend the reach of the Healing Streams initiative to communities across the world.
The opening segment was hosted by Pastor Deola Phillips, Loveworld’s Executive Minister of Healing, Health & Social Services.
Speaking during the programme, Phillips described healing as an avenue for opening doors for the preaching of the Gospel and demonstrating what she described as the power of God’s Kingdom.

“Healing opens doors for preaching the Gospel and for the demonstration of God’s Kingdom. The Healing Streams provides an avenue to announce the Kingdom of God,” she said.
The conference features a series of presentations, exhortations, discussions and mobilisation sessions hosted from different locations, with participants joining across various time zones.
The organisers said the programme is designed to equip participants to take an active role in reaching the sick, winning souls and mobilising people for the October Healing Streams Live Healing Services.
The October edition of the HSLHS is scheduled for October 23 to 25, 2026.
Participants can follow the conference through the Healing to the Nations App and the Healing Streams website, with the programme being made available in multiple languages to facilitate wider participation.
D.O.O.R.S.T.E.P. Strategy
A major focus of the conference is the D.O.O.R.S.T.E.P. Strategy, described by organisers as a framework for taking the Healing Streams initiative directly to people through multiple channels.
The strategy, inspired by Luke 10:9, focuses on Digital platforms, Outreaches, Offline reach, Radio and TV broadcasts, Saturation of places, Translation initiatives, Engagement of young people and Projects targeting strategic institutions.
Pastor TT Temisan, Loveworld’s Executive Minister of Information, highlighted what he described as the impact of the strategy while sharing an account involving prisoners who participated in Healing Streams programmes while incarcerated.

According to him, some of those who were released subsequently established language churches, which he attributed to the hope and spiritual exposure they received during their participation.
“The man received hope in prison and got released,” Temisan said, adding that the number of prisoners who had been released and subsequently pursued new paths was significant.
Five Pillars of Mobilisation
The conference is also promoting the five pillars of Healing Streams mobilisation, known as the 5 Ps: Prayer, Publicity, Personal Evangelism, Penetrating Places and Languages, and Partnership.
Participants are being encouraged to use their personal networks, resources, platforms and relationships to increase awareness and participation in the October healing services.
The ongoing sessions are also focusing on translation, media engagement, healing outreaches, evangelism, youth mobilisation and the establishment of healing centres.
Organisers said the various initiatives are intended to strengthen collaboration among ministers, partners and other stakeholders while expanding the reach of the Gospel to people in different communities and languages.
The Luke 10:9 Conference is expected to continue serving as a mobilisation platform in the countdown to the October Healing Streams Live Healing Services, with participants being encouraged to deepen their involvement in the global outreach effort.
The programme is ultimately aimed at expanding the reach of the Healing Streams initiative and creating opportunities for more people around the world to participate in the October 23–25 healing services.
