He represented by an Assistant Commander of the EFCC, Ayodele Babatunde, who is the Head, Public Affairs Department of the Ilorin Zonal Office.
The lecture was organised for members of the NYSC 2022 Batch ‘C’ Stream 1, at the NYSC Orientation Camp, Yikpata, Edu Local Government Area of Kwara.
The EFCC boss said efforts from the corps members was needed in order to free the nation from the shackles of corruption and set it on the path of sustainable development.
He advised corps members to align themselves with the anti-corruption war by being change agents, good campaigners against corruption and by publicly owning the crusade.
Bawa also called on youths across the country to put the internet to more productive uses rather than employing it to commit crimes.
”The internet does not necessarily have to be an avenue to impersonate, manipulate or fabricate lies to defraud others.
”Let the youths begin to use the internet for socially desirable things like offering solutions to the needs of industries, homes, government and other engagement of life,” he advised.
