Israel has a right, a duty to respond to vicious attacks – Joe Biden
President Joe Biden of the United States (U.S.), reiterating the U.S. support for Israel in the war with Palestine, declared that “like every nation in the world, Israel has a right and a duty to respond to these vicious attacks.”
Biden maintained: “if the United States experienced what Israel experienced, our response would be swift, decisive, and overwhelming.”

He insisted that the U.S. upholds the laws of war.
The U.S. President had stated:
President Biden
@POTUS
“Like every nation in the world, Israel has a right and a duty to respond to these vicious attacks.
“I just got off the phone with Prime Minister Netanyahu, and I told him:
“If the United States experienced what Israel experienced, our response would be swift, decisive, and overwhelming.
“Terrorists purposefully target and kill civilians.
“We uphold the laws of war.”
Several other world leaders have been declaring support for Israel in the war with Palestine after Hamas fired rockets that killed over 200 citizens in Gaza.
Israel had declared war with threats of making Palestine live with horror history in years to come.
Israel has, accordingly, intensified airstrikes on the stronghold of Hamas in Gaza Strip, and daring Iran to war.
There is, however, emerging apprehension over outburst of World War III, as the developed countries are perceived to be renewing their military alliances between the West and the East of the old order led by the U.S. and Russia.
While the U.S. is perceived to be rebuilding alliance with members of the European Union (EU), Canada, and others, Russia is perceived to be reactivating alliance with China, North Korea, the Arab World, among others.
