The Prosecution Counsel, Insp Zacchaeus Folorunsho, told the court that the matter was reported by the complainant, Mrs Kemi Amodu who is also the daughter of the victim, Mr Simeon Joel.
Folorunsho alleged that the defendant sometime in February, defrauded Joel, who suffered memory loss.
He said that the defendant deceived Joel into gibing him N130,000 with a promise to make him a millionaire in three months.
The Defence Counsel, A.S Jimba prayed the court to grant his client bail in most liberal terms.
