Aisha Yesufu reacts to NDLEA cocaine seizure worth over $278m
Nigerian Activist, Aisha Yesufu has reacted after the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency seized a massive amount of cocaine.
Recall that the NDLEA recently announced the seizure of cocaine valued at over $278 million and the arrest of drug lords, among them a foreign national, following a significant operation that was conducted in several places throughout Lagos over the course of two days.
Nigerians have reacted to this most recent event, including well-known activist Aisha Yesufu. Aisha Yesufu recently reacted through her Twitter account in which she praised President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing Buba Marwa as Chairman of the NDLEA and said that his appointment was having a beneficial impact.
“It seems President Buhari got it right with Buba Marwa on this NDLEA thing. The same organization now doing magic because of leadership change. Leadership is everything” she wrote.
