De Jong denies PSG’s contract agreement
Frenkie de Jong, one of the stars of Ajax Amsterdam, has denied the information that said he had reached an agreement with PSG for next season. De Jong disclaimed an information from the Dutch newspaper ‘De Telegraaf’ which reported that the Dutch midfielder had chosen PSG and had renounced other offers such as Barcelona.
“My girlfriend woke me up the other day to inform me about this supposed offer, the only thing I can say is that there is still no agreement, the final decision has not yet been made, I only think about Ajax. I can not waste time with my future, it would be a lack of respect on my part towards Ajax and my teammates, “said the Ajax player.
Precisely these statements appear after the father of the Ajax player from Amsterdam has commented that he would prefer his son to play in Barcelona when he leaves the discipline of Ajax. For now, Frenkie de Jong is focused on the next Champions League game against Bayern Munich.
