36-yr-old man arrested as NDLEA intercepts illicit drugs concealed in body lotion, car engine
Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, have arrested a drug dealer, identified as Igboma Ifeanyi, over alleged attempt to export quantities of Loud (a variant of Cannabis, Tramadol and Rohypnol) to Muscat, Oman via the Lagos international airport.
The agency’s spokesman, Femi Babafemi, in a statement on Sunday, July 30, said the 36-year-old suspect was arrested while preparing to board an Ethiopian airline flight.

He said the illicit drugs weighed 7.8kg and was concealed in 66 bottles of skin lightening lotion.
Meanwhile, a consignment of 8.5kg skunk well concealed in a vehicle engine block going to Dubai, UAE was on Tuesday, July 18, intercepted by NDLEA officers of the Directorate of Operations and General Investigation, DOGI, attached to courier companies in Lagos.
