Police parade 3 car snatchers, 4 kidnappers in Rivers

The Rivers State Police Command on Monday paraded three car snatchers, including 4 kidnappers in Port Harcourt.

Rivers State Police Command paraded the 3 car snatchers, 4 kidnappers, an dissipated 3 recovered stolen vehicles, and Firearms at the Command Headquarters, Port-Harcourt.
