Supreme Court ejects Stella Oduah, Andy Uba from Senate
By Gbenga Ogundare
The Supreme Court Friday upheld the nullification of the elections of Stella Oduah and Andy Uba as the senators representing Anambra North and Anambra South senatorial zones respectively.
Oduah and Senator Andy Uba were elected on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
With the latest rulings, PDP no longer have any senator from Anambra State.
The apex court recently sacked Uche Ekwunife, also elected on the card of PDP, but has since defected to the All Progressives Congress.
