Mr. Agboola said: “Having helped form the club, it’s a great pleasure to be involved in celebrating its 50th anniversary. Over the years, many youths and members have made the club what it is today, and their involvement is what we wish to celebrate.
He said the club over the years has offered an expanding range of services with the focus being on total body workouts.
“Personal training has proved to be very popular. Alongside this, we also offer body metric testing to help people understand more about their body composition, rather than just weight alone.
“We have also taken many youths under our wing, training them in various self-defense techniques right from the kindergarten stage. This first year has been an amazing journey and we have been so pleased to see so many members achieving their personal fitness goals”, said Agbola.
One of the decorated officers of the club, Mrs. Bunmi Saheed said the club is totally focused on its members becoming fit, healthy and confident.
“In turn, this makes coming to work a pleasure and I’m proud of what we have achieved so far,” she added.
