Bale to make family sacrifice in China move
Gareth Bale’s prospective move to China will see his wife and children remain at the family home in Spain, according to the Mirror.
The Real Madrid winger is on the verge of a switch to Jiangsu Suning, who are reportedly offering £1 million a week for the duration of a three-year contract.
However, his wife Emma and their three children are not expected to make the move to Asia, initially at least.
While in other news, Lukaku ‘begs’ Man Utd to lower £80m asking price. Romelu Lukaku is so keen on an exit from Manchester United that he is begging the club to lower their asking price, according to the Sun.
The Red Devils value Lukaku at £80 million ($100m), but Serie A giants Inter and Juventus are not currently willing to meet that valuation.
Inter are the striker’s preferred destination, but their offer of £54m ($67m) fell short of what the Premier League club desired.
