Former Gov Adamu Aliero of Kebbi State, returns to PDP from APC
Former Governor Adamu Aliero of Kebbi State has returned to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) after many years in the All Progressives Congress (APC). Aliero, a serving senator representing Kebbi central senatorial district, was Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, as well as former Chairman of the Kebbi State Emergency Management Agency.
A political associate of the former governor, Sani Dodo, was said to have revealed the defection of Senator Adamu Aliero from the APC to the PDP. Dodo had maintained that Senator Aliero is moving his political structures from the APC to the PDP.
