Shehu Sani reacts as court lifts movement restriction on Omoyele Sowore
The former senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Senator Shehu Sani has taken to his verified Twitter page to react after the court lifts the movement restriction on Sowore.
According to the latest report today, the Court of Appeal in Abuja has lifted the movement restriction on human rights activist and convener of Revolution Now, Omoyele Sowore.
It was recalled in 2019 when a federal high court in Abuja restrict the movement of the activist to leave Abuja following charges of treasonable felony, cyberstalking the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari(retd.), among other offences.
While reacting to this, Shehu Sani congratulated Sowore after the court of appeal lifted the movement restriction ruled against him.
In his tweet, he wrote below:
“Congratulations to Sowore for the Court of Appeal ruling that ended your restrictions to Abuja.”
