Fintiri congratulates Wike on completion of two tenures
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Taraba State has congratulated former Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State on his completion of two tenures in the governance of Rivers State.
Governor Fintiri, after attending the thanksgiving service of the former Governor in Rivers State on Sunday, wrote on his twitter handle: “Congratulations to my brother @GovWike on the completion of your tenure! “May your future endeavors be filled with success and may you continue to be a beacon of service and leadership.”

Governor Fintiri identified with other public officers, who include Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos who represented President Bola Tinubu, former governor peter Odili of rivers State, and others, that attended the thanksgiving.

“Today, I had the honour of joining President @officialABAT, represented by Governor @jidesanwoolu, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin, Speaker Tajudeen Abbas (represented by a 30-member delegation from the House of Representatives), Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State, former governors, captains of industries, and many others at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Rumuepirikom, to celebrate the end of the tenure of Former Governor of Rivers, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON GSSRS.
“During the sermon, we were reminded of the importance of prioritizing God over transient power and wealth. It served as a poignant reminder that true fulfillment lies in our connection with the Divine.
